Requirements/Expectations-
1. Powerpoint presentation: A copy of your powerpoint will need to be printed and
turned in the day you present.
a. 5-7 slides of information
b. slide 1= your names, date and period
c.
side 2= your topic question and response
d. slide 3-7= information
supporting your response

you must site a court case (preferably a Supreme Court case)
· you must site the Constitution, possibly an amendment
· you
can use statistics, charts, etc.
2. You need to keep all of
the information you collect and turn it in.
a.
You will compile all of your resources and information into a folder, and
turn it in to show where you found your statistics, the court cases you used, etc.
b. You will write a one page “intro”
to the packet, telling me your topic, your response to your topic question, and your supporting arguments. It
should be information similar to your powerpoint.
3. You will be defending and debating your assigned point-of-view, so be ready! Be sure to have knowledge
of both sides of the issue so you can respond to the arguments of the other side.
4.
If you choose to dress-up, or bring any other materials to help with your
presentation, that is up to you!
