- $25 is the fee for vendors to sell at our Christmas
Bazaar. This fee will be waived if they are donating their profits to the Booster Club or some other BHS organization.
- Any money raised by a group will go directly to that groups account. All other monies received from vendors,
a raffle and any other miscellaneous things will go to the Booster Club general account.
- All items being sold should be any kind of Banning merchandise, anything related to Christmas, any type
of food (especially holiday type food) and any type of arts & craft type items. One exception will be for anything
that might make a unique Christmas gift. This is not a garage sale, so no old used items please.
- Please recommend to your vendors to bring their own tables & chairs.
Even though we have some, I don't think there is enough to accomdate everyone. We will be in Woodson Hall, so no
tents will be necessary.
- All coaches,
please let me know what your team is planning on doing. Hopefully you will be able to sell merchandise or help bring
in some vendors.
- Also coaches, (if your
team is available) please send some students from your team to assist with the event (especially for clean up).
Things that have already been arranged: - Kettle Korn vendor.
- Volunteers to cook\serve lunch.
- Working on a cappucino\coffee person.
I need assistance with the following items: - Soliciting more vendors to sell merchandise.
- Solicitng some sponsors to donate items\money for a raffle. I would like to have something in place soon so
that we can pre-sale raffle tickets!
- If
anyone knows of a vendor that will supply an ATM machine!
It
is very important that we get participation from everyone so that this event will be successful! This is going
to be our one major fundraiser for this semester and it will directly affect how much is allocated in January! Please
do whatever you can to make it successful! If you have any comments\suggestions please let me know!
