Frequently Asked Questions about downloading/playing videos.
Q: What is the difference between viewing and downloading videos?
A: When you "view" the video is played automatically and downloaded to a temp file. When you "download"
the file is saved to a file of your choice to be played any time.
Q: How do I choose the file the video is downloaded into?
A: For best results move your mouse over the video clip name and click the "right button" (instead of the
typical left button).....a choice will be displayed - "Save Target As..." click it. Then a window will open and it will let
you choose a location. If you are not good with folders choose the "desktop" button and it will be easy to find (it will be
on your desktop)
Q: How do I open the file?
A: Once you have found the file click it with the left button. This will open your default media player
and it should play the video. For best results use Divx, Real Player or Windows Media Player.
Q: What if it doesn't play?
A: Try to open it with a different media player. To do this "right click" on the name of the video and scroll
to "open with......" Choose a different media player (Divx, Real, Windows etc.) until it works. Once you have found the
player that works set it as your default for best results.
Q: I don't have a Divx player....what do I do?
A. Go to www.divx.com and you can download a player for free.
